This workout will definitely have you stepping out of your comfort zone.
Punching bag's will be spread out forcing you to sprint to the next punching bag or exercise station.
Thursday Boxing HITT

Expect to be pushed out of your comfort zone. It will be a mixture of sprinting, lifting weights, boxing, and tire flips.
