ISSA certified personal trainer strength/conditioning specialist one-on-one training available. It doesn’t matter if you’re in shape, out of shape, or a former athlete, all workouts are made to push you in a safe, friendly environment. Weights and exercises are adjusted to each individual’s fitness level.
